AAA Education Committee Mission Statement
To provide for, promote, and support avalanche education in the United States.

The AAA Education Committee is composed of a diverse group of Avalanche educators from many regions of the United States representing small, mid-size, and large avalanche education organizations including non-profit schools, government, and businesses. The committee strives to receive input from all aspects of the avalanche education industry and embrace continually evolving knowledge and educational experience. AAA guidelines and goals represent a professional standard for educational courses available to a broad range of audiences.
